Take an in-depth look into FOUR successful school store operations. Each session will delve into a different type of store and will discuss scheduling, merchandise, vendors, equipment, as well as start-up tips. More Details… SERVSAFE/KNIFE SKILLS & PREPARING YOUR STUDENTS FOR STUDENT-RUN CULINARY BUSINESSES – REGISTER HERE Discover strategies to launch a student-run business with confidence. Topics will include how to teach students ServSafe, and then how to develop a student-run business. Explore some of our favorite equipment and ideas, and even do some thinking for ideas of your own. Be prepared to leave this session with practical ideas for teaching students safety and sanitation as well as information to begin a student-run business. The two greatest needs that teachers and coaches have identified are adding to their curriculum and projects toolbox and learning more about coding.
