PRESENTATION:
This series will focus on how teachers can provide safety and environmental instruction and how these concepts are related to industry standards.
Content will utilize real-world examples and solutions with input from participants.
Presenter Details
Ann Petersen
Ann Petersen is an Associate Professor at Pittsburg State University. She is an Authorized OSHA Trainer for General Industry and has 10 years experience of Safety and environmental as an instructor at PSU. She also has over 20 years’ experience in various manufacturing settings.
Dr. Kevin Elliott
Dr. Kevin Elliott is an Associate Professor at Pittsburg State University. He is an Authorized OSHA Trainer for General Industry and has taught 20 years in CTE at the secondary level (Woodworking, Construction) with lifelong experience in Agriculture industry.
