Chelsea Strickland, a former math teacher turned entrepreneur, has combined her passion for baking with her math skills to build a thriving business, One28 Bakes, in Oswego, Kansas. Four years ago, she decided to leave her teaching career to spend more time with her young daughters and pursue her dream. Since then, Chelsea has created custom desserts, supplied goods to wholesale buyers, and led cookie decorating classes for the community. In addition to running a commercial kitchen, she also manages a beautiful venue space, exemplifying her commitment to delivering exceptional baked goods and memorable experiences.
