**Hands-On Learning: Strategies for Non-Traditional Career Camps**

In this workshop, “non-traditional” refers to students pursuing careers where their gender represents less than 25% of the workforce, often due to cultural stereotypes.

The workshop focuses on engagement and outreach opportunities to attract more students to CTE programs and empower prospective students who may not have considered a technical career.

Participating instructors will learn strategies to design, organize and run engaging hands-on camps that inspire and support their future students in exploring non-traditional career fields.
