COME JOIN US as attendees will gain knowledge on how to identify a variety of knives and their uses.

Learn a variety of knife cuts as well as proper method of chicken fabrication (Yes – you will be cutting your own chicken!).

Information and skills learned in this hands-on presentation will provide you with real-world skills to take back to your classroom and students.

Attendees will also be provided with electronic forms and videos to share in their classroom.
