**This Breads Workshop will cover the following:
Topics will include (aligned with KSDE baking standards):
- yeast breads
- variety of leaveners
- culinary math/food costing
- lab planning and management
Participants will participate in hands-on activities similar to how students experience a lab, so they can also observe and practice lab management and organization techniques. Time for teacher discussion regarding relevant topics will be included.
