Exercises and drills can be an effective tool for testing and validating all types of education, training, and capabilities. Exercises can be used in a variety of situations and do not have to be related to emergency scenarios.
This workshop will:
• Present a whole-community approach to preparedness efforts.
• Teach participants how to develop and conduct exercises.
• Examine applications for operational and discussion-based exercises.
This session is appropriate for educators and administrators invested in school and community preparedness as well as first responders, military, agriculture, and community members interested in potential uses for exercises and drills.
