Have a school greenhouse but struggle utilizing it to its maximum potential?

This workshop will focus on basic tips on operations and management of a school greenhouse, from covering different hydroponic systems to planning and preparing for a spring sale to growing a mum crop.

Tips will be shared on where to purchase supplies, plugs, and seeds.

Best practices for greenhouse production will be discussed.

A time for questions and answers will be provided.

Kim Clark has been the Plant Systems Pathway instructor at Royal Valley High School for the past 9 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education from Kansas State University in 2005 and her Masters in 2007. She previously taught at Marysville and worked at KSDE as the Nontraditional Careers Education Program Consultant.
