**REGISTRATION NOW OPEN TO FIRST 18**

Workshop Fee = $70  (this fee includes materials and lunch)

 

**This Breads Workshop will cover the following:

Topics will include (aligned with KSDE baking standards):

  • yeast breads
  • variety of leaveners
  • gluten
  • culinary math/food costing
  • lab planning and management

Participants will participate in hands-on activities similar to how students experience a lab, so they can also observe and practice lab management and organization techniques. Time for teacher discussion regarding relevant topics will be included.
