**REGISTRATION NOW OPEN TO FIRST 18**

Workshop Fee = $80  (this fee includes materials and lunch)

 

**This Baking & Pastry workshop will focus on advanced baking techniques as well as lab management for teachers.  Attendees will participate in a baking lab!**

Topics will include (aligned with KSDE baking standards):

  • laminated dough
  • quick bread
  • pastry dough
  • pate a choux

Participants will participate in hands-on activities similar to how students experience a lab, so they can also observe and practice lab management and organization techniques. Time for teacher discussion regarding relevant topics will be included.
